What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Merchandise that is unopened and in original condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please see exceptions/conditions below:

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Clearance merchandise is non-refundable.
  • NIL products are non-refundable.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

  • Go to your account
  • Go to orders
  • Find the order with the item(s) in question
  • Click on Refund/Exchange to begin the process and follow the steps from there.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been issued.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or product?

Yes, we offer exchanges for the same item in a different size (subject to availability). If you wish to exchange for a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
